Summary

Cardiac involvement is one of the most frequent complications in systemic sclerosis but

the asymptomatic course of the disease make early diagnosis and treatment difficult.

We present the case of a woman diagnosis with systemic sclerosis who presented with

an acute episode of wide-QRS tachycardia.
